Job summary

Inbox is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across branches, supervise team leaders, and ensure efficient performance. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and customer service focus, with travel between branches as needed.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in operations or supervisory roles, proficiency in reporting, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Weekend/holiday work may be required in Central Luzon and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in operations, retail, food service, or a supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Results-oriented and able to manage multiple branches or teams.
• Proficient in basic reporting and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel between branches and work on weekends or holidays when required (central luzon and nearby areas).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across assigned branches or departments.
• Supervise Team Leaders and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor sales, productivity, attendance, and overall team performance.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and ensure company policies are followed.
• Conduct regular branch visits and identify operational issues or areas for improvement.
• Ensure excellent customer service and proper handling of customer concerns.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and other operational requirements.
• Review and submit operational reports to management.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding staffing and employee concerns.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to Team Leaders and staff.
• Address operational problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Assist management in achieving business targets and improving overall performance.
