Job summary

UNOPS Philippines seeks a Project Management Support Officer to provide technical and operational coordination for the BLJCC and BARMM tri-justice coordination mechanisms. You will support the Programme Manager, strengthen inter-agency collaboration, and help implement and monitor commitments across work packages.

The role focuses on day-to-day coordination, documentation, stakeholder follow-through, and ensuring coherence across programme activities with guidance from the Senior Project Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in programme coordination or governance work.
• Experience supporting multi-stakeholder coordination involving government and partners.
• Experience organizing meetings, workshops, and coordinating actions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and inter-agency coordination.
• Experience in preparing reports and briefs or coordination documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BLJCC and inter-agency coordination activities.
• Support meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Record outputs and ensure follow-through.
• Maintain communication with member institutions and stakeholders.
• Support monitoring, reporting and programme coordination inputs.
