Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. is seeking a Service Architect to define, design, and govern service solutions across our MSP catalog, including security, infrastructure, and consulting services.

You’ll bridge client needs with sales and operations, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions built on ITIL best practices. The role requires 7–10 years in solution architecture, hands-on knowledge of ITSM, SIEM, NMS, and XDR tools, and the ability to lead pre‑sales, workshops, and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, service design, or consulting.
• Proven experience designing managed services across Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Applications.
• Strong background in responding to RFPs/RFIs, solution bids, and proposals.
• Hands-on familiarity with ITSM, SIEM, NMS, SOAR, and XDR tool suites.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end service models, workflows, SLAs/OLAs, and reporting structures.
• Ensure solutions integrate with MICTS platform – ITSM tools, monitoring platforms, and reporting systems.
• Lead pre-sales activities, client workshops, and bid defenses.
• Conduct service discovery to capture business, technical, service, and compliance needs.
• Facilitate handover to BAU operations with defined resource and tooling requirements.
• Stay updated on MSP best practices and ensure compliance in designs.
