Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering MSP training using adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to design onboarding curricula covering tools, cybersecurity, and SOPs.
• Strong documentation and content development skills to maintain knowledge bases and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain role-based training programs for Service Desk, NOC, Projects, and Client Success teams.
• Deliver live, virtual, and in-person trainings; adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Administer LMS, track enrollments, and report training effectiveness.
