Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in computer-related field as a minimum requirement.
• Certifications in computing & digital technologies are required.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with diverse IT technologies including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT consultancy, product research, or technical roles is required.
• Commercial/technical sales or business development experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Design an integrated enterprise solution roadmap aligning technology with client needs and sales margins.
• Serve as Technical Lead during project implementation until turnover.
• Develop holistic understanding of the client’s business profile.
• Provide new recommendations on previous installations to meet additional client requirements.
• Help achieve targets to grow enterprise business for the assigned technology/solutions.
