Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Sales Officer to drive MSME product sales through broker networks and direct outreach. You will coordinate visibility across touchpoints, engage brokers for referrals, and manage broker performance under the bank's reward system.

You will also ensure quality service to brokers’ clients and expand relationships beyond brokers. You will conduct product training, lead sales calls, and perform AMLA due diligence on larger broker-referred accounts while pursuing ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales and Lending.
• Willing to do field work to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell MSME products through broker groups to meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes, and campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to partners on performance and offers.
• Conduct product training and MSME financial literacy sessions.
• Conduct sales calls on own or broker leads.
• Perform AMLA/Beneficial Ownership due diligence for broker-referred accounts above P5M.
• Seek training to improve product knowledge and customer service.
