Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Sales Officer to drive revenue by offering MSME banking products through broker networks and direct leads, coordinating with Business Banking and Home Loans while delivering BetterBanking service to brokers and clients.

You will organize visibility across touchpoints, engage brokers to maximize referrals, and track their production under the bank’s rewards program. Field work is required to meet clients and close transactions with strong AMLA diligence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales and Lending.
• Willing to do field work to meet clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Sells MSME products through broker groups to meet monthly targets.
• Implements marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes, and campaigns.
• Gives regular updates to partners on performance, new offers, promotions, policies, processes, and turnaround time.
• Conducts MSME education or financial literacy seminars.
• Performs AMLA/Beneficial Ownership due diligence on corporate accounts referred by Brokers who are not yet SBC depositors.
