Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is recruiting a Sales Officer to drive MSME revenue by selling through broker groups, and to manage referrals across the broker network. You will ensure proper KYC, offer campaign-driven products, and maintain relationships with brokers and their clients.

You will lead product trainings, coordinate with the Business Banking Support Team, and deliver regular partner updates on promotions, policies, and turnaround times. Field work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Lending.
• Ability to do field work to meet clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field required.

Responsibilities

• Generate target revenue by offering financial products to MSME customers through broker networks.
• Organize touchpoints and engage brokers to maximize referrals and track production.
• Provide BetterBanking service to brokers’ clients and expand relationships.
• Conduct product training and financial literacy seminars for brokers.
• Perform pre-screening, KYC, and closing of transactions for brokers’ clients.
• Ensure AMLA/Beneficial Ownership due diligence on corporate accounts referred by brokers.
