Responsibilities

• Sells the Bank’s MSME products through broker groups to meet monthly targets.
• Implements marketing programs, showcases, and campaigns; leads Broker Awarding events.
• Provides regular updates to partners on performance, offers, promotions, and policies.
• Conducts MSME education or financial literacy seminars for brokers.
• Performs regulatory AMLA/Beneficial Ownership due diligence on corporate accounts referred by Brokers.
• Looks for training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
