Qualifications

• 1+ year of invoicing or accounting processes or IT/system background
• First experience with invoicing and basic accounting procedures
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, operations, governance, portfolio management, service delivery, or a related field
• ITIL, CSM, SAFe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project and Quotation Set-up and Maintenance of Cencora GCS Projects within MS Dynamics 365, including Preparation of Project Structure, WBS, Project Team, Scheduling, and Financial Dimensions.
• Generation of Sales Price, Billing Schedule, Billing Rules, Milestone Allocation and Transaction Adjustment.
• Preparation of Journals for Hours, and Items Management of Project Contract, Terms of Payment and PO Budget Creation and Tracking of Hours and Cost.
• Project Closure Setup of Timesheet Delegation, Quotation processing, submission and coordination with Opportunity Owners.
• Daily entry of key data in database (trackers, ticketing system, SharePoint).
• Communicate with PMs, Opportunity Owners, Requestors and prepare related reports and records.
