Job summary

Cencora Global Consulting Solutions Philippines Corp. is seeking a data-driven professional to ensure accurate end-to-end setup, administration, and maintenance of projects within MS Dynamics 365.

You will support global teams by maintaining master and transactional data, processing quotations, and driving process improvements. Ideal candidates have invoicing/IT experience, strong English, and a degree in CS/IT/engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

• 1+ year invoicing or accounting process experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong English communication; ability to work in multicultural team.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• ITIL/CSM/SAFe certifications preferred.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, responsible.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Cencora GCS projects in MS Dynamics 365.
• Generate Sales Price, Billing Schedule, Billing Rules, Milestones.
• Prepare Journals for Hours and manage Contracts, Terms of Payment and POs.
• Closure setup: timesheet delegation, quotation processing, coordination with Opportunity Owners.
• Take on other system functionalities as needed.
• Daily data entry of trackers, ticketing, and SharePoint.
• Identify process improvements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support the team lead with daily tasks; collaborate with IT, Finance, HR.
