Job summary

Cencora Global Consulting Solutions Philippines Corp. is seeking a professional to ensure accurate end-to-end setup, administration, and maintenance of GCS projects in MS Dynamics 365. You will coordinate quotations, manage project budgets, and drive continuous process improvements within a multicultural team.

The role requires 1+ year in invoicing or accounting processes, strong English, and a background in IT strategy or service delivery. Full-time position based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, operations, governance, portfolio management, service delivery, or a related field required.
• Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) preferred.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• SAFe or SAFe Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project and Quotation Set-up and Maintenance of Cencora GCS Projects within MS Dynamics 365, including project structure, WBS, scheduling, and financial dimensions.
• Generate Sales Price, Billing Schedule, Billing Rules, Milestone Allocation and Transaction Adjustments.
• Prepare Journals for Hours and Items; manage Project Contract terms and Purchase Orders.
• Create and track Budgets, Hours, and Cost; support Project Closure and Timesheet Delegation.
• Process quotations and coordinate with Opportunity Owners for each opportunity.
• Enter key data daily in trackers and SharePoint; identify process improvements.
• Communicate with PMs, Opportunity Owners, Requestors; prepare related reports and records.
• Support team lead with daily business tasks; collaborate with Business, IT, Finance and HR on system concerns.
