Job summary

CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in property administration to inspect, verify, and turnover housing units to buyers in Naic, Cavite.

You will address homeowner defect reports and ensure adherence to project standards and warranty terms. The role requires strong communication, customer service orientation, and willingness to be assigned in Naic, Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property administration/move-in functions preferred in engineering/construction, real estate or property development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough checking and detailed inspection of housing unit components to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications before turnover.
• Resolve defect reports of housing units reported by homeowners under warranty.
• Prepare and turnover housing units to buyers in proper condition and according to guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job description

• Responsible for conducting thorough checking and detailed inspection of the various
  components and parts of the completed housing units and sees to it that these are in
  good condition and in accordance with the prescribed standards of quality and approved
  project specifications prior turn over.
• Resolves reports of defects of housing unit reported by the homeowners covered by
  warranty
• Responsible for the proper preparation and turnover of housing units to buyers.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum one-year relevant experience in performing property administration and
  move-in functions preferably gained from engineering/construction, real estate and
  property development industry.
• Outstanding ability in addressing customer needs.
• Good command of oral and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite.
