Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in residential construction for low- to mid-range projects. Assignment locations include Sta. Maria, Bulacan; Baliuag, Bulacan; or Mexico, Pampanga, with potential Pasig condominium work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (licensed CE preferred but not required).
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction of houses in a low-cost to mid-range real estate company.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan; Baliuag, Bulacan; or Mexico, Pampanga.
• Pasig City assignment requires condominium projects experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of residential projects (land development & house construction).
• Review and validate progress reports and contractor’s billing.
• Manage the bidding process and provide customers with technical assistance on construction and post-construction concerns.

Job Summary

The Project Engineer is accountable to oversee completion of residential projects (Land Development & House Construction), to review and validate progress reports and contractor’s billing. The incumbent’s responsibilities include effective management of the bidding process and providing customers with technical assistance on construction and post-construction related concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering(preferably a licensed Civil Engineer, but not required).
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the construction of houses in a low-cost to mid-range level real estate company.
• Willing to be assigned inSta. Maria, Bulacan; Baliuag, Bulacan; or Mexico, Pampanga.
• For assignment inPasig City, must have experience incondominium projects.
• Open toproject-based employment (renewable annually).
