• Bachelor's degree or college graduate required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience building dealer relationships and presenting products.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the motorcycle loan program to dealers and partners.
• Conduct dealer visits, presentations, and product orientation.
• Recruit and maintain relationships with motorcycle dealerships and agents.
• Provide product knowledge and financing assistance to customers and dealers.
• Monitor dealer performance and market opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Marketing to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Prepare weekly sales and dealer activity reports.
