Qualifications

• 3+ years in motorcycle/car parts custody, claims evaluation or as a mechanic.
• Graduate of a mechanical course or 2-year automotive course or 5-year engineering course.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Willing to reside in Davao City

Responsibilities

• Review and approve motorcycle claims within the assigned scope of authority.
• Evaluate claims received within the required daily volume.
• Review and approve claims within the standard turnaround time.
• Ensure the claims monitoring system is updated regularly.
• Participate in implementing improvements within Motorcycle Claims

Job role

1. Reviews and approves motorcycle claims within the assigned scope/level of authority by identifying all relevant information/issues, establishing connection among gathered facts and application of insurance principles, insurance compliance requirements, company guidelines, and policy details to determine liability

2. Evaluates claims received within the required volume per day

3. Reviews and approves claims within the standard turnaround time

4. Ensures that the claims monitoring system is updated regularly

5. Participate in implementing improvements within the Motorcycle Claims

Qualifications

Graduate of any mechanical course or degree - can be of any 2-year Automotive Course or 5 year Engineering Course such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Aeronautical Engineering.

With background or experience of 3+ years in either of as Motorcycle/Car Parts Custodian, Motorcar Claims Evaluator or Mechanic is welcome.

Proficient in the use of Office 360 such as MS Word and MS Excel.

Lives within Davao City

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Can flexibly shift from English to Filipino and vice-versa
