Job summary

BJAK is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead design and animation for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads. You will develop storyboards, frames, and sequences aligned with brand objectives, and ensure visual consistency and high technical quality.

You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with video editors and other creatives, and oversee motion production from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in motion graphics or related field.
• 5+ years of professional motion design experience.
• Expert proficiency with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; Cinema 4D or Blender a plus.
• Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition; leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
• Conceptualize storyboards, frames, and sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs.
