More Staffing is seeking a Motion Designer / Video Editor for a remote, full-time role that supports high-volume production. You will turn briefs into motion-based video assets with speed, consistency, and strong storytelling.

Reporting to the Creative Strategist, this position requires flexible work hours and ~40 hours per week, with a 2-hour overlap in the UK timezone. A fast-paced environment expects quick iteration and meticulous execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in motion design and/or video editing.
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and handle high output volume.
• Ability to follow direction and deliver consistently.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit motion-based and video assets based on provided briefs.
• Execute animations, transitions, and edits to produce finished creatives.
• Ensure consistency in pacing, structure, and visual output.
• Produce multiple variations of video and motion assets.
• Adapt creatives across formats and use cases.
• Implement feedback quickly and accurately.
