Job summary

Extend Your Team is seeking detail-oriented customer experience managers to support applicants and cardholders with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will respond to queries via ZenDesk, document issues, guide users through the application flow, and track experiences across channels using logs and CRM systems. Requires 2+ years in US-based consumer lending, knowledge of income verification, and KYC/AML guidelines. Must work US Pacific Time hours. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct experience in US-based consumer lending or mortgage operations.
• Experience evaluating multi-layered asset and income profiles for automated credit guidelines (DTI).
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, CIP/KYC, OFAC checks.
• Operational understanding of FDPA and ability to review SFHDF forms.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within financial accounts with sensitive records.
• Familiarity with ZenDesk, Asana, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via ZenDesk or other support tools.
