About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processing Specialist to support our U.S. home loan operations. In this role, you will manage mortgage files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. You’ll work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to deliver smooth and efficient lending experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and manage U.S. residential mortgage loan files from start to close
- Collect, verify, and analyze borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, disclosures)
- Ensure loan files meet investor, lender, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and third parties
- Track loan conditions and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records in loan origination systems (LOS)
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients regarding loan status
- Meet turnaround times while maintaining high quality and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Experience in U.S. mortgage loan processing (1+ year preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, disclosures, and workflows
- Familiarity with U.S. lending regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with LOS platforms (e.g., Encompass or similar) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience working with U.S.-based lenders or brokers
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, or Jumbo loans
- Prior exposure to underwriting or closing processes
