Job summary

NightOwl Consulting Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Disclosures Specialist in Metro Manila. You will prepare, generate, and deliver accurate initial mortgage loan disclosures in TRID compliance, focusing on conventional loan products.

You will analyze escrow data, loan terms, and closing costs to ensure regulatory compliance and timely disclosure packages, coordinating with Settlement Agents and using the proprietary system.

Qualifications

• Prepare and deliver TRID-compliant initial disclosures for conventional loans.
• Analyze escrow data, loan terms, and closing costs for compliance.
• Coordinate title fee sheets from Settlement Agents.
• Work with regulators and understand applicable disclosure rules.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process disclosure requests through the proprietary system.
• Analyze loan terms and compliance reports for disclosure and fee accuracy.
• Multitask across loan origination and document vendor interfaces.
• Assess CIC requests against loan file compliance rules and update systems.
• Adhere to policy, regulations, and departmental goals for disclosures.
• Troubleshoot issues with loan disclosures and keep up with changes.
