Job summary

UNDP invites applications for two Moodle specialists to architect and implement enhancements to the Moodle-based LMS, aligning with DICT-ILCDB goals for nationwide digital learning. The LMS Instructional Designer will transform complex curricula into engaging, automated learning experiences, ensuring usability across blended delivery modes.

The two roles require strong Moodle expertise, instructional design acumen, and experience in course setup, learner analytics, and completion tracking;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
• Certifications in Moodle, instructional design, e-learning development, LMS administration or UX/UI for learning are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Audit and enhance Moodle LMS environment to meet high technical and pedagogical standards.
• Design and develop human-centered, automated, and engaging digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Technical Developer to ensure secure, scalable backend and effective instructional delivery.
