Job summary

Atain is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences across all programs. You will establish standards for synchronous and asynchronous content and collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure core standards are met.

You will scope content, analyze training needs, and develop curriculums that fit diverse learner styles. The role includes designing outputs across multiple formats and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in instructional design/training and development.
• Experience with ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to analyze performance gaps with stakeholders and design training to boost performance and engagement.
• Ability to present design solutions and deploy training strategies for modern learners.
• Experience with LMS administration (e.g., Moodle, Litmos).
• Proficient in designing courses for ILT, virtual, self-directed, and e-learning formats.
