Job summary

Chooks to Go Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to support the general accounting department, ensuring data integrity and timely month-end and year-end closes.

You will handle journal entries, bank and general ledger reconciliations, assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, manage the business center's disbursement fund, and ensure BIR and LGU compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is strictly required.
• 2–3 years in general accounting, reconciliations, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily general accounting operations and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closes with reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage disbursement fund of the business center.
• Handle BIR and LGU compliance.
