Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable monitoring, reconciliation, BIR submission, RCCP.
• Strong communication skills; proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily financial records (journals, ledgers).
• Process AP/AR, manage invoices, check requests, payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare and file tax returns and assist with audits.
• Organize financial files and vouchers/receipts.
