As the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager, you will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of AAP's monitoring, evaluation and learning systems. You will ensure high-quality evidence is generated, analysed and used to support program performance, accountability, reporting and adaptive management.
Working closely with the Program and Partnerships Director, DFAT and program stakeholders, you will oversee MEL frameworks, data systems, reporting processes and learning activities that inform strategic decision-making and maximise development impact. You will also support the integration of cross-cutting priorities including GEDSI, localisation, climate change, safeguarding and public diplomacy throughout the program's monitoring and reporting systems.
