Abt Global is seeking consultants to join the PALMSS 2 Panel to provide short-term inputs such as reviews, evaluations, designs and analytical tasks for the Australian Embassy in Manila.
We invite early to advanced career consultants, including organisations, with expertise across health security, climate and disaster resilience, and governance to apply by the closing date. Indigenous peoples are encouraged to apply, and regions in Asia-Pacific are welcome.
PALMSS 2 is a DFAT‑funded Program Support Unit (PSU) that provides responsive, efficient and ethical sourcing, engagement and management of individuals and organisations required by the Australian Embassy in Manila to support the effective delivery of Australia’s development program in the Philippines. PALMSS 2 strengthens Embassy capacity through high‑quality technical advisory, administrative, logistical and procurement services delivered in line with DFAT contractual requirements.
PALMSS 2 will maintain a Technical Advisory Panel of development consultants and organisations to provide short-term support to the Australian Embassy’s development cooperation program in the Philippines. Advisers will be engaged on a Tasking Note basis and may undertake inputs such as reviews, evaluations, designs and analytical tasks.
We are seeking applications from consultants including early, mid, and advanced career consultants. Consultants previously engaged by PALMSS are encouraged to apply.
