Lavasource Ltd. is seeking a Monday.com & AI Solutions Specialist to configure, support and continuously improve our internal technology.

You will work with the PMO to shape project, portfolio and resource-management processes and to implement practical AI and automation across consulting, community, talent and operations. The role goes beyond administration: translate business problems into maintainable solutions, build dashboards, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with

Qualifications

Hands-on experience configuring and administering Monday.com.
Experience building boards, workflows, dashboards and automations.
Understanding of PMO processes.
Experience integrating business applications using APIs, webhooks or automation tools.
Familiarity with Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar.
Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to gather and clarify requirements from business users, testing and documentation habits.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently within a remote international team.
Good judgement handling confidential information.
Monday.com certification or advanced implementation experience.
Familiarity with databases and structured data.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Bettermode Community Platform.
Experience building AI-enabled workflows or knowledge assistants.
Understanding of information security, access management and data governance.
Experience supporting consulting, professional-services or project-delivery teams.
Experience working with UK/US and international stakeholders.
Experience coordinating with external software-development partners.

Responsabilités

Configure Monday.com workspaces, boards, forms, dashboards and workflows.
Design project and portfolio-management processes in collaboration with the PMO.
Develop templates for projects, plans, resources, risks, issues and actions.
Build automations, notifications, approvals and reporting.
Establish standards for board design, data quality and platform governance.
Manage users, roles and permissions.
Deliver user guidance and training.
Monitor adoption and maintain accurate configuration documentation.
Connect Monday.com with other Lavasource platforms and data sources.
Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks and automation tools.
Automate repetitive tasks and information flows.
Test, monitor and troubleshoot integrations and automated processes.
Work with internal users to understand requirements before designing solutions.
Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, documented and maintainable.
Help identify valuable applications of AI across Lavasource.
Support approved tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft AI services.
Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows rather than isolated prompts.
Support use cases such as project reporting, knowledge retrieval, research, proposals, content and administration.
Help maintain shared prompts, templates, instructions and knowledge sources.
Test outputs and establish appropriate human-review controls.
Help colleagues use AI safely, effectively and responsibly.
Monitor new AI capabilities and recommend relevant opportunities.
