Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent with board certification or board eligibility in AP or AP/CP.
• Experience with digital pathology platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience in clinical trials or drug development is preferred.
• Proven record of delivering on cross-functional projects with tight timelines.
• Advanced degree in life sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a pathology SME for biomarker and diagnostic programs including companion diagnostics.
• Guide literature review and synthesis of primary data.
• Support AI/ML initiatives by translating pathology knowledge into model design guidance.
• Define annotation guidelines for tissue compartments and patterns.
• Review digital slide annotations and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure outputs are clinically meaningful.
• Draft and review research protocols and procedural documents.
