Job summary

Radix HR is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to engage homeowners, designers, and contractors, guiding them from inquiry to project completion for modular cabinets and storage solutions. You will generate leads, conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and close sales while coordinating with design and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and hit monthly targets.

Competitive pay includes commissions and allowances, with HMO after one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in modular cabinets, furniture, construction, or interior solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling measurements, quotations, and project coordination.
• Willing to do fieldwork and client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, referrals, online channels, and fieldwork
• Assist showroom clients and conduct site visits for measurements and project discussions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations for modular cabinet solutions
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and design options clearly to clients
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM/documentation (measurements, materials, orders)
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution
• Oversee projects from sales closure to completion
• Meet monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service before and after sales
