KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Unit Leadership & Case Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate account HR departments and assignees on all destination services matters.
- Own the full lifecycle of each relocation case, from initiation/endorsement through to service completion and case closure.
- Review each case's Needs Analysis Form (NAF) and determine the scope of fieldwork and support services required.
- Monitor case progress end-to-end and proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth relocation experience.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date case files and documentation in the company's relocation systems (e.g., CORE / ReloAssist).
External Consultant & Vendor Management
- Identify, vet, and maintain a reliable roster of external destination services consultants (home search, settling-in, school search, immigration support, and similar) to deliver fieldwork for clients.
- Brief external consultants on case requirements, service standards, and client expectations for each engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate consultant performance and service quality on an ongoing basis; address underperformance directly with the consultant.
- Negotiate consultant rates and terms of engagement, and review/approve consultant invoices prior to payment.
Administrative & Systems Coordination (SSC Support)
- Liaise with the Shared Service Center (SSC) for administrative and system-related tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and standard reporting.
- Ensure all case and billing data submitted to the SSC is accurate, complete, and provided on time.
- Coordinate with the SSC on tariff updates, service agreement records, and document filing requirements.
Financial Management
- Manage the destination services unit's budget, costing, and pricing for each engagement.
- Review and approve external consultant invoices; monitor margin and profitability per case.
- Track the unit's financial performance (revenue, costs, margin) and report results to the Country Manager.
Client Experience & Business Growth
- Uphold high standards of client and assignee satisfaction; personally manage escalations and complex requests.
- Support Sales and Account Management in scoping and onboarding new destination services accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the destination services business within the market.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure service agreements, tariffs, and client contracts are properly documented and signed prior to service delivery.
- Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards when handling client information.
- Provide regular case status and unit performance reports to the Country Manager.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in relocation, destination services, global mobility, or vendor/account management; prior exposure to a supervisory or coordination role is an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and hold external vendors/consultants accountable to service standards without direct line authority.
- Negotiation and vendor contracting skills.
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes with minimal internal support staff.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent cases.
- Working knowledge of mobility/relocation systems (e.g., CORE, ReloAssist), or ability to learn quickly.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, costing, and margin management.
- Sense of urgency, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving ability.
