Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Roving (Mobile) Technician to perform on-site maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across multiple sites from Sta.

Rosa Laguna. You will ensure equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, responding to scheduled maintenance and on-call requests. The role requires hands-on skills in masonry, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or tile setting, with 1–3 years of experience and a valid B1/B2 driver’s license.

Qualifications

Experience in masonry, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or tile setting.
NCII in Plumbing is a plus.
Driver's license (B1 or B2) and ability to drive a van are required.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Willing to work shifting schedules, 6 days a week, including weekends/holidays.
Willing to report in Sta. Rosa as a meeting point before deployment to other sites.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across assigned sites.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or general building issues.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential faults or safety risks.
Complete minor installations, adjustments, and component replacements.
Travel between multiple locations based on work schedules or service calls.
