Rosa Laguna. You will handle preventive, corrective, and breakdown tasks, with travel between sites to keep equipment and facilities operating safely. The role requires hands-on skills in masonry, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tile setting and electrical works, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and repair.
• Driver's license (B1 or B2) required; familiarity with driving a van.
• NCII Plumbing is a plus and helpful for the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across sites.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Roving (Mobile) Technician, you will provide on-site maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting support across multiple locations. This role ensures equipment, facilities, and systems are operating safely and efficiently by responding to scheduled maintenance activities and on-call service requests.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across assigned sites
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or general building issues
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential faults or safety risks
• Complete minor installations, adjustments, and component replacements
• Travel between multiple locations based on work schedules or service calls

About you:

• Experience masonry / plumbing / carpentry / painting / tile setting / electrical works
• NCII in Plumbing is a plus
• Driver's License (B1 or B2) required: familiarity in driving a van is a must
• At least 1-3 years of experience
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Amenable to report in Sta. Rosa as initial meeting point prior deployment to other sites with Batangas, Cavite, and Calamba.
