CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. seeks a Roving Technician to provide on-site maintenance across multiple locations, starting in Sta.

Rosa Laguna. You will handle preventive, corrective, and breakdown tasks, with travel between sites to keep equipment and facilities operating safely. The role requires hands-on skills in masonry, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tile setting and electrical works, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance and repair.
• Driver's license (B1 or B2) required; familiarity with driving a van.
• NCII Plumbing is a plus and helpful for the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across sites.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or building issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential faults or safety risks.
• Complete minor installations, adjustments and component replacements.
• Travel between multiple locations based on work schedules or service calls.
