Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a QA Analyst to join the mobile development team ensuring reliability, security, and a seamless user experience for a flagship telehealth app across iOS and Android.

You will work with product, design, and mobile engineers to catch issues early, validate fixes, and uphold data privacy and accessibility standards for patients and healthcare providers.

The role emphasizes test design, API verification, and performance testing in resource-constrained networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience focusing on native iOS/Android apps.
• Experience using Zephyr within Jira for test planning and metrics.
• Proficiency with Postman, Xcode, Android Studio, and Firebase Crashlytics.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and digital health privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing across iOS and Android.
• Design and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios from requirements.
• Verify backend API integrations and real-time features like video and messaging.
• Document defects in Jira and collaborate to verify fixes.
• Provide QA input early in the development lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
