Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst focusing on native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Experience with Jira+Zephyr for test planning and metrics.
• Proficiency with mobile testing tools (Postman, Xcode, Android Studio, Firebase Crashlytics).
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and digital health nuances.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing across iOS and Android devices and OS versions.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases, plans, and scenarios based on product requirements.
• Verify backend API integrations, data synchronization, and real-time features (video consultations, secure messaging).
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira; collaborate to reproduce, isolate, and verify fixes.
• Partner with Product, UI/UX, and Mobile Engineers to review requirements and provide QA insights early in development.
