Job summary

Petbarn is seeking a creative CRM & Email Designer to craft mobile-first email experiences across lifecycle and omni-channel programs. You will translate Figma concepts into production-ready, accessible email creatives, maintaining brand consistency across Petbarn and Greencross Vets while collaborating with CRM, Brand, Digital and Martech teams.

The role emphasizes reusable design components, design systems, and campaign-driven creativity to improve engagement and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Figma skills and ability to design mobile-first emails.
Proven experience designing CRM/EDM creative for multi-channel campaigns.
Experience building emails in marketing automation platforms.
Understanding of layout, typography, accessibility and responsive design.
Ability to work at pace with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Design best-practice, mobile-first email creatives in Figma aligned to objectives.
Create EDM, lifecycle, promotional and personalised CRM content across channels.
Develop reusable email components and templates for consistency and efficiency.
Maintain brand guidelines across campaigns and journeys.
Translate designs into production-ready emails with QA and testing.
