Job summary

Satellite Office is hiring a Graphic Designer to design CRM and email creative for global clients. You will deliver mobile-first email designs and reusable components, working across campaigns and channels.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Figma skills, experience with EDM and marketing automation, and a strong eye for layout and accessibility. Hybrid setup in Jollibee Tower, Ortigas is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing mobile-first email or CRM creative.
• Strong hands-on Figma skills and typography sense.
• Knowledge of responsive email design and accessibility.
• Experience building emails in marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design mobile-first email creatives in Figma aligned to campaign objectives.
• Create EDM, lifecycle, promotional and personalized CRM assets across channels.
• Develop reusable email components and templates to improve efficiency.
• Maintain CRM email brand guidelines across campaigns and journeys.
• Collaborate with CRM and Martech teams for personalization and journeys.
