Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila is seeking an Email Design & Production Specialist to lead mobile-first email creative across CRM programs. You will design reusable components, templates and assets that align with brand guidelines for Petbarn and Greencross brands, ensuring consistent, high-quality email experiences.

The role focuses on translating Figma designs into production-ready emails within marketing automation platforms, collaborating with CRM, Martech and design teams to optimise campaigns

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing mobile-first email or CRM creative.
• Strong hands-on Figma skills and basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS).
• Experience building emails in marketing automation platforms.
• Attention to typography, layout, accessibility and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Design best-practice, mobile-first email creatives in Figma.
• Create EDM, lifecycle, promotional and personalized CRM creative across channels.
• Develop reusable email components, templates and modules for consistency.
• Translate designs into platform-ready email assets and work with templates and blocks.
