Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a diligent Collections Associate to collect outstanding payments through field visits, calls, and messages. You will follow up on overdue accounts, record payments, and coordinate with customers and the accounting team.

The role requires 1 year of collections or related experience, willingness to work onsite Monday to Friday, and strong English/Filipino communication. Knowledge of MS Office and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least college level in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in collections, credit, lending, or customer service.
• Willing to do field work and client visits.
• Preferably with own motorcycle and valid driver's license.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic data entry.
• Strong communication in English and Filipino.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding payments through field visits, calls, and messages.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and payment commitments.
• Record and update customer payments and collection activities.
• Coordinate with customers and the accounting team regarding balances.
• Prepare collection reports and meet assigned collection targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and follow company policies.
