Job summary

Avaloq AG in Manila is seeking a Software Engineer for our Experience Delivery team to shape digital banking solutions and enhance end-user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will contribute to configuration management and ensure seamless functionality from the configuration layer to the customer journey.

Qualifications

In-depth understanding of web and mobile banking configurations and user flows.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot across multiple layers of a banking system.
Experience collaborating with product owners, analysts, and engineers to refine requirements.
Familiarity with security and regulatory considerations in banking software.

Responsibilities

Manage configuration settings for web and mobile banking platforms to optimize performance and UX.
Develop integration solutions between digital banking systems and applications; test and document processes.
Diagnose software issues through analysis and ticketing; work with teams to implement fixes.
Utilize browser tools, logs, API inspection, SQL checks, and Kubernetes/OpenShift basics where relevant.
