Job summary
Cartrack Asia is seeking an Automotive/Auto Electrical GPS Technician in Pangasinan. You will install GPS devices in various vehicles, configure them, troubleshoot issues, and document service activities. Travel to Calasiao and surrounding areas is required.
A vocational certificate in automotive/electrical tech and 6 months to 1 year of related experience are needed. Ideal candidates are proficient in automotive systems, electronics, troubleshooting, and client service, possess a valid driver’s
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in automotive or electrical tech.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience as GPS Installer/Car Accessories Installer or Automotive/Electrical Technician.
- Proficient in automotive systems, electronics, troubleshooting, driving, technical analysis, and client service.
- Skilled in developing effective and efficient work procedures.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork across Calasiao, Pangasinan and nearby areas.
Responsibilities
- Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles.
- Configure devices and troubleshoot issues.
- Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
- Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs).
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.
- Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially.
