Job summary

Cartrack, a global leader in smart mobility solutions, seeks an Automotive/Auto Electrical GPS Technician in Calabarzon to join our dynamic team. You will install GPS units, configure devices, troubleshoot, and document services as part of a fast-paced, global company.

The role requires a Vocational Diploma in Automotive/Electrical Technology or related fields, 6–12 months of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and motorcycle ownership, with fieldwork across Calabarzon.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or short course certificate in Automotive or Electrical technology or related field.
• Experience as GPS installer, car accessories installer, or automotive/electrical technician is preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles.
• Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.
• Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially.
