Job summary

Cartrack Holdings Limited in Pangasinan is seeking an Automotive/Auto Electrical GPS Technician to install tracking devices in vehicles and support field service operations.

The position requires a Vocational Diploma or short course in Automotive/Electrical Technology, 6–12 months of related work experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel across Calasiao and nearby areas. Motorcycle allowance and health coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in automotive/electrical technology.
• 6 months to 1 year relevant experience as GPS/Auto installer.
• Valid driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle.
• Willing to travel across Calasiao and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles.
• Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.
• Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles

• Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues

• Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems

• Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.)

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics

• Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially

Qualifications:

• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related courses

• Minimum of 6 months to 1-yearrelevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer, Car Accessories Installer orAutomotive/ ElectricalTechnician in a car/ truck dealership or in an automotive service center.

• Proficient in: Automotive systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Technical Analysis, and Client Service

• Skilled in developing effective and efficient work procedures

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ownsa motorcycle

• Willing and able to conduct fieldwork across Calasiao, Pangasinan and nearby areas
