Job summary
Cartrack Philippines is seeking an Automotive/Auto Electrical GPS Technician based in Calabarzon and NCR to join our global mobility team. Install GPS tracking devices, configure and troubleshoot devices, and complete service documentation.
The ideal candidate holds a Vocational Diploma or Short Course in Automotive or Electrical Technology, with 6–12 months of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and is willing to travel across Calabarzon or NCR.
Qualifications
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related courses.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in GPS installation or automotive/electrical service.
- Valid driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle.
Responsibilities
- Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles
- Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues
- Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems
- Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs)
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics
- Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially
