Job summary

Cartrack Holdings Limited in Pangasinan is seeking an Automotive/Auto Electrical GPS Technician to install tracking devices in vehicles and support field service operations.

The position requires a Vocational Diploma or short course in Automotive/Electrical Technology, 6–12 months of related work experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel across Calasiao and nearby areas. Motorcycle allowance and health coverage are provided.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in automotive/electrical technology.
6 months to 1 year relevant experience as GPS/Auto installer.
Valid driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle.
Willing to travel across Calasiao and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles.
Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues.
Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs).
Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.
Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially.
