Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Automation Engineer to guide and grow our mobile testing initiatives for iOS and Android. You will design and maintain automated suites using Java and Appium, and drive test strategies across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

You will collaborate with developers to improve testability, integrate tests into CI/CD, and mentor peers in both automation and manual testing techniques, ensuring high-quality mobile apps and robust

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in Appium for mobile UI automation.
• Experience managing a team of mobile testers.
• Strong proficiency in Java/C#/Python for test automation development.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration in an agile environment.

Responsibilities
