Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile apps.

You will work with Katalon Studio, Selenium, Java, Python, and Playwright to expand test coverage, diagnose flaky tests, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality releases. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Software Testing/QA, with hands‑on automation testing.
• Strong experience in Automation Testing using tools such as Katalon Studio, Selenium, Java, Python, or Playwright.
• Katalon Studio experience is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, including locators, XPath, and WebDriver concepts.
• Working knowledge of Java and Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with Web Automation Testing.
• Exposure to Mobile Automation Testing using Appium, preferably for Android and/or iOS.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, test execution, defect management, and regression testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation failures and identify the root cause of flaky test cases.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a client‑facing environment.
