Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned mobile test lead to drive automation and oversee a team of testers. You will design and implement test strategies for mobile apps, collaborate with developers and product teams, and ensure high quality across releases.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience in mobile automation and manual testing, strong knowledge of architecture and lifecycle, and proficiency with Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years hands-on mobile automation and manual testing experience.
• Experience managing a team of mobile testers/leads.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced, agile environment.
