Job summary

Cognizant is actively seeking a data reporting and analytics professional in the Philippines to support MIS, reporting, and dashboard development. The role emphasizes accuracy, data extraction, and visualization using Tableau, PowerBI, and Salesforce within a shared service environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and strong experience in MIS and reporting tools. The position offers opportunities for training, growth, and exposure to dynamic digital-era projects.

Qualifications

• Completed any Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong experience in MIS and BPO/shared service industry.
• Experience in generating and analyzing operational/performance/SLA reports and dashboards.
• Basic understanding in SQL scripting is preferred.
• Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint for report creation.
• Basic understanding in SQL Services (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) is preferred.
• Basic understanding in PowerBI, Tableau and other data visualization tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extremely high level of attention to detail, knowledge retention, analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Excellent in MIS, Google Sheets/Slides, Data Extraction, Tableau, Salesforce, database and presentation applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly preferred – Google Sheets / VB Macro Creation to automate routine report, Data visualization and infographic/dashboarding skills.
• Exposed – PowerBI and other Reporting Tools.
